Discovery call
Free. Twenty to fifty minutes by phone. We learn the business: what's working, what's not, and where the friction is. Before the call, we research your company so we arrive with informed questions, not generic ones.
Tailored proposal
A custom proposal delivered within 4 hours of the call: what we'll build, why it matters, what it costs, and what we'll need from you to get started. Clear scope. No surprises.
Sign and start
Fifty percent deposit on signing. Contracts are signed digitally. We start within days of the contract being signed.
Half the build fee is due at signing; that starts the work. The remaining half isn't due until after delivery, once you've had time to confirm everything runs the way it should.
Build with check-ins
Phone or email update every two to three days while we build. You always know where things stand.
Handoff
A walkthrough of every system we built, on a call, screen shared. You leave knowing how it works, how to use it, and what to do if something needs adjusting. We don't drop the file and disappear.
After the walkthrough, you have time to confirm the build fits before the remaining balance is due. If it's not right, you can walk. You'll have paid only for the build work itself, and the system comes down. Everything we build runs on your accounts and in your name. The code, the data, and the access are yours.
Ongoing support
The monthly retainer begins the month after delivery. We monitor, maintain, and adjust. Your systems stay sharp as your business changes.
