Privacy Policy
Effective Date: June 20, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Vizcarr Automations LLC ("Vizcarr," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit vizcarrautomationsllc.com (the "Site"), submit a contact or pre-discovery form, schedule a discovery call, or otherwise interact with us. This Privacy Policy applies to personal information Vizcarr collects in its own right. When Vizcarr processes personal information on behalf of a client under a signed Master Services Agreement, Vizcarr acts as a service provider or processor and the client's own privacy notice governs that processing.
By using the Site or submitting information to Vizcarr, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
2. Who We Are
Vizcarr Automations LLC is a limited liability company formed in the State of South Dakota. The data controller for purposes of this Privacy Policy is:
Vizcarr Automations LLC
1 West Penmarch Place, Sioux Falls, SD 57108
Email: jeronimo@vizcarrautomationsllc.com
Website: vizcarrautomationsllc.com
3. Information We Collect
Vizcarr collects information about three distinct populations, as described below.
3.1 Website Visitors
When you visit the Site, our hosting and security infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) automatically collects limited technical information including your IP address, browser type, device identifiers, referring URL, pages accessed, and timestamps. This information is collected for security, network operations, and site reliability. Vizcarr does not currently operate any web analytics, advertising pixels, chat widgets, or marketing trackers on the Site.
3.2 Form Submitters and Prospects
When you book a discovery call through the embedded Cal.com scheduling widget on the Site, you select a confirmed available time slot directly from Vizcarr's live calendar. The booking flow collects the information you provide, which includes your name, business name, phone number, website URL (optional), and a free-text description of your business needs or current operations. Phone number is a required field because Vizcarr's discovery and follow-up workflow relies on direct voice contact.
After you book, Jeronimo Vizcarrondo prepares for your discovery call by researching your business, using the information you provide together with publicly available information about your business — such as content from your own website, public company directories, and similar public sources. This research is conducted by a person, on demand, ahead of the call, and is described in greater detail in Section 5.
From time to time, Vizcarr may offer an optional SMS option in connection with discovery call coordination. Where such an option is offered and you opt in, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages from Vizcarr Automations LLC via Twilio, Inc. These messages are limited to discovery call confirmations, reminders, and reschedule or cancellation updates. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your booking. Vizcarr does not send promotional or marketing SMS messages to prospects. SMS consent is never required to book a discovery call. Where Vizcarr operates such an SMS option, it does so to comply with applicable telecommunications regulations, including requirements administered by The Campaign Registry (TCR) for A2P 10DLC messaging in the United States. Section 6 describes these SMS terms in full.
3.3 Clients and Client Representatives
When you engage Vizcarr as a client, we collect information necessary to deliver the contracted services. This typically includes the names and business contact information of you and your authorized representatives, billing and payment information processed through our payment provider, credentials and API access tokens that you authorize us to use during the engagement, and files, documents, and other content shared with us in the course of the engagement.
3.4 Client End-Users
Vizcarr does not directly collect information from the end users, customers, employees, or other individuals of our clients. When Vizcarr operates an automation or AI workflow that processes data about a client's end users, Vizcarr acts as a service provider or processor for the client, and the client's own privacy notice — not this Privacy Policy — governs the processing of that data. Our obligations in that capacity are set out in our Master Services Agreement and Data Processing Addendum with each client.
4. How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information for the following purposes:
- To respond to inquiries submitted through our Inquiry Form.
- To research a prospect's business before a scheduled discovery call (described in Section 5).
- To confirm and schedule discovery and project calls.
- To deliver contracted services to clients, including audits, builds, training, and ongoing maintenance under retainer.
- To process payments for our services.
- To communicate about active engagements, including project status, support, and account matters.
- To maintain tax, accounting, and other legal compliance records.
- To secure, maintain, and improve the Site and our services.
- To send marketing or follow-up communications, only where permitted by applicable law and where you have not opted out.
5. Pre-Discovery Research
Before a scheduled discovery call, Jeronimo Vizcarrondo personally researches a prospect's business so the call is more useful. This research draws on (a) the information you submit through the booking flow and (b) publicly available information about your business, such as your own website and public directories. The research is conducted by a person, on demand, ahead of the call, and may be assisted by general-purpose AI tools used as a working aid.
Key facts about this research:
- The research is initiated and reviewed by a human (Jeronimo Vizcarrondo). It is not an automated decision-making process and does not run automatically when you book.
- It does not make any decision that produces a legal or similarly significant effect on you. It is used solely to inform call preparation.
- Vizcarr limits the personal information used in research to what is reasonably necessary and focuses on publicly available information about your business.
- Where AI tools are used to assist research, Vizcarr selects tools and settings intended to limit the retention and reuse of the information entered, and does not authorize the use of your information to train AI models (see Section 13).
- Research notes are deleted within thirty (30) days of the discovery call if no engagement results. If an engagement results, the research is retained with the engagement file for the duration of the engagement.
- If you would prefer that Vizcarr not conduct pre-discovery research on your business, you may indicate this in the booking flow's free-text field or email us at jeronimo@vizcarrautomationsllc.com before your scheduled call.
6. SMS Messaging Program
Where Vizcarr operates an optional SMS option for discovery call coordination, the following terms apply. As of the Effective Date above, SMS is offered only where the booking flow expressly presents an SMS opt-in; if no opt-in is presented, Vizcarr does not send SMS to prospects.
Program description. When you opt in to SMS through the booking flow, Vizcarr will send you SMS messages confirming your discovery call appointment, including the scheduled date and time, and any updates if the call needs to be rescheduled or cancelled. A reply number is included in each message so you can text that number to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies. Typically: one confirmation message upon booking, one reminder before the call, and update messages only if the appointment changes.
Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of further SMS from Vizcarr. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. Your appointment will remain on file and we will follow up by other means if needed.
Help. Reply HELP for assistance or contact us at the address in Section 17.
Carriers. Message and data rates may apply. Vizcarr is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include all major U.S. carriers. Carrier message delivery is not guaranteed.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to provide SMS consent to receive services from Vizcarr Automations LLC. SMS consent is optional and may be withheld without affecting your ability to book a discovery call.
Campaign Registry (TCR). Where Vizcarr operates an SMS program subject to A2P 10DLC regulations applicable to application-to-person messaging in the United States, that program is registered with The Campaign Registry.
7. Legal Bases (Where Applicable)
Vizcarr currently serves clients in the United States. To the extent the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, or a similar non-U.S. data protection law applies to our processing of your personal information, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract — for processing necessary to deliver services to clients.
- Legitimate interests — for responding to inquiries, conducting pre-discovery research, securing the Site, and reasonable business administration. We balance our interests against your rights and provide a reasonable means to object.
- Consent — for any marketing communications, for any optional SMS messaging, and for cookies that are not strictly necessary.
- Legal obligation — for tax, accounting, and similar compliance records.
Vizcarr does not currently market services to individuals in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. If we begin offering services in those regions, we will update this Privacy Policy and implement any additional measures required by applicable law, including appointing a representative under Article 27 GDPR where required.
8. How We Share Personal Information
Vizcarr does not sell personal information, and Vizcarr does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose personal information only as described below.
8.1 Subprocessors

Vizcarr will provide reasonable advance notice — generally thirty (30) days — before adding a new subprocessor that materially affects the processing of client data, and clients on active engagements will have an opportunity to object as set out in the Master Services Agreement and Data Processing Addendum.
8.2 Other Disclosures
We may disclose personal information (a) to professional advisors such as legal counsel and accountants under duties of confidentiality, (b) where required by applicable law, regulation, court order, or governmental request, (c) to enforce our agreements or protect our rights and the rights of our clients and others, and (d) in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case any successor will be bound by this Privacy Policy.
9. International Data Transfers
Most of our subprocessors are located in the United States. Where we transfer personal information of individuals in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland to the United States or another jurisdiction that has not been deemed adequate, we rely on appropriate safeguards including the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (where the recipient is certified), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission, and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, as applicable.
10. Cookies and Tracking
The Site uses a limited number of cookies that are strictly necessary or functional. These include cookies set by Cloudflare for bot management and security purposes. We do not currently use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, social media trackers, or marketing pixels.
If we add such trackers in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required by applicable law, present a cookie consent banner that allows you to manage your choices.
11. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as required by applicable law. Our retention defaults are:
| Category | Retention Period |
|---|---|
| Lead data from contact/pre-discovery forms (no engagement) | Twenty-four (24) months from last contact |
| Pre-discovery research notes (no engagement) | Thirty (30) days after the scheduled discovery call |
| Pre-discovery research notes (engagement reached) | Retained with the engagement file |

12. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction of residence, you may have some or all of the following rights with respect to your personal information:
- The right to know what personal information we hold about you and how we use it.
- The right to access and obtain a copy of your personal information.
- The right to correct inaccurate personal information.
- The right to request deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
- The right to data portability.
- The right to opt out of any sale or sharing of your personal information.
- The right to opt out of targeted advertising (we do not engage in targeted advertising).
- The right to opt out of profiling for decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
- The right to be free from discrimination for exercising any of these rights.
- The right to appeal a denial of any of these rights.
- For individuals in the EU or UK, the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at jeronimo@vizcarrautomationsllc.com. We will respond within the timeline required by applicable law (typically thirty days under GDPR or forty-five days under U.S. state privacy laws), with the possibility of a reasonable extension where permitted. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
13. AI Training Commitment
Vizcarr does not authorize subprocessors to use personal information collected through the Site or shared with us by clients to train, fine-tune, retrain, or otherwise improve any AI model. For AI features built into client deliverables, this commitment is based on the contractual terms Vizcarr maintains with its AI subprocessors, including Anthropic's commercial API terms, which provide that customer inputs and outputs are not used to train Anthropic's models. Where Vizcarr uses general-purpose AI tools as a working aid (for example, in discovery call preparation), Vizcarr configures those tools, where the provider offers the option, so that entered information is not used to train the provider's models, and limits the personal information entered. If a provider changes its terms in a way that materially affects this commitment, Vizcarr will update this Privacy Policy and, where appropriate, notify affected clients. Vizcarr is not responsible for any breach of these terms by a provider, but will promptly notify affected clients and reasonably assist them in seeking remedies against the responsible provider.
14. Security
Vizcarr maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Safeguards include encryption in transit using TLS, encryption at rest where supported by the relevant platform, an encrypted credential vault for storing client credentials and API keys, multi-factor authentication on accounts that support it, the principle of least privilege, and regular access reviews. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and Vizcarr cannot guarantee absolute security.
15. Breach Notification
In the event of a personal data breach affecting personal information for which Vizcarr is the controller, we will notify affected individuals and relevant authorities consistent with applicable law. For individuals in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within seventy-two (72) hours where required by the GDPR or UK GDPR. For affected clients, we will notify the client without undue delay and in no event later than seventy-two (72) hours after discovery.
16. Children's Privacy
The Site and Vizcarr's services are not directed to children under the age of thirteen (13), and Vizcarr does not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under thirteen, we will delete that information promptly. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Site, please contact us at jeronimo@vizcarrautomationsllc.com.
17. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make a material change, we will update the "Effective Date" above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice (for example, by email to active clients or by a notice on the Site). For material changes, we will provide at least thirty (30) days' notice before the change takes effect.
